When providing Services at correctional facilities, our service fee reflects the time, coordination, and logistics required to complete the appointment successfully. Here's what’s included:

• Travel & Mobile Notary Time

Round-trip travel to and from the facility, including wait time at security checkpoints.

• Facility Coordination

Time spent arranging the appointment with jail staff, confirming facility protocols, and securing clearance to enter.

• Document Review & Preparation

Reviewing documents prior to the visit to ensure they meet notarization requirements.

• On-Site Execution

Providing the notarial act on-site, including any necessary identification verification and witness coordination (if needed).

• Communication & Scheduling

Phone/email/text communication with the requester, jail staff, and any legal representatives involved.

Full Payment Required in Advance:
All Correctional Facility Notary Services must be paid in full prior to the appointment. This policy ensures that time, travel, and coordination with the facility are accounted for and properly scheduled.

Non-Refundable Policy:

Please note that payments are non-refundable, as time and resources are allocated immediately upon booking.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to this policy may be made only when agreed upon in writing at the time of booking or under special circumstances as determined by MSL Notary & Signing Services.

We bring notary services directly to your doorstep, whether you're at home, the office, a hospital, or any other location that works for you. Our Mobile Notary Service is designed for your convenience, offering fast, accurate, and secure notarization of documents without the hassle of travel. (Includes travel within 10 miles of our office.  An additional $1 per mile applies for distances beyond 10 miles.)

We work with experienced, certified translators to ensure your documents are translated with precision and attention to detail while preserving their original meaning and format. Whether you're submitting paperwork to a government agency or preparing documents for international use, our team ensures they are professionally translated and, when required, accompanied by a certificate of accuracy.
